Insurance Conditions

1. Liability/ damage to other vehicles and objects caused by your own vehicle:
The vehicles are insured for liability (€ 100 million flat rate) in accordance with the applicable general conditions for motor insurance (AKB). € 7.5 million liability per person for personal injury.
The lessor advises that if the lessee causes a damage or accident, the vehicle liability insurance would basically take effect for the damage of the other party and compensate for the damage. If the lessee causes damage intentionally or through gross negligence, he shall be liable for the entire damage incurred (on his own vehicle as well as on the other vehicle or object) regardless of the performance of the insurance. Driver, passengers and transported goods or luggage are not insured. The lessor is not liable for claims arising from the entrainment of persons or property

2. Partial and full insurance / damage to your own vehicle
The full and partial comprehensive insurance includes a deductible of € 1,000, - per claim. The hirer is liable for damages incurred during the rental period on the vehicle hired by him, up to an amount of € 1.000, - per Claim.

3. Car protection letter for domestic and foreign / accident protection package USP
The holiday protection letter includes the following services:
Breakdown and accident assistance, towing costs, rescue, spare part shipping, rental cars, accommodation costs, continuation / return by train or taxi, car return transport, car registration, vehicle scrapping, vehicle customs clearance, vehicle pickup or replacement driver, child return, visit to the doctor, medicine delivery, document service, assistance after trip interruption, help in case of death, assistance in special cases, substitution of means of payment, travel recall service, loss of use compensation, pick up.
